“Communication between customer and Viator was terrible. Upon arrival we learned there was a choice of entrees. We had no prior knowledge of this. The “murder” story was confusing. The guests at our table were unsure of what clues we were trying to solve, and we were not given enough time to explore the clues. In the end, it was a wild guess made by all in trying to solve the crime. The murderer was obvious, but the clues and script did not lead you to the murderer’s motive. It was still a fun evening, but I would not go again.”

“The food was great, the professional actors were good, the staff was great. Unfortunately one could not fully follow the murder mystery part of the cruise due to the fact that the guests who were asked to play a role talked too quietly and the staff didn't put enough effort in motivating them to speak louder nor were they able to turn the speakers up to the point one could understand everything. Later we found out that this has been a consistent problem and I think they could've come up with a solution by now.
